PLCY688T: Team-Based Policy Lab

Publication Date:
February 2019

Document Type:

This is a skills-focused course, the second-semester offering in the School’s experiential sequence (which begins with PLCY688Y in the fall semester). Its purpose is to continue and further enrich students’ command of policy practice with a strongly team-oriented experience grounded both in services rendered to a “client” and in additional assignments, exercises, lectures and readings that the instructional staff deems useful for skill acquisition and intellectual development. Students will be graded partly as members of their respective teams and partly as individuals. The policy substance addressed in 688T varies across sections, instructors and semesters, depending on the availability of clients and the inclinations of participating instructors.
