Catherine Worsnop is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland-College Park. She is also a Research Associate at the Center for International and Security Studies at Maryland (CISSM).

Carol Graham is Leo Pasvolsky Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, a College Park Professor at the University of Maryland and a senior scientist at Gallup.
